Christian Wilkins shared a special moment with fellow Aussie Kylie Minogue in the US on Saturday.

The 'nepo baby', 29, posted a backstage selfie with the pop star, 55, after seeing her perform during her Las Vegas residency on his birthday.

Kylie wore a promotional T-shirt from her residency and a pair of light blue jeans as she smiled for the photo.

Meanwhile, the son of entertainment reporter Richard Wilkins looked glam in a sparkly shirt and black pants.

Christian made a peace sign as he embraced and posed with the Padam Padam hitmaker.

The aspiring actor also shared a series of videos from the concert, showing Kylie performing at Voltaire at The Venetian in a sparkling silver dress and thigh-high boots.  

It comes after Christian recently announced he's finally making a name for himself as a star outside of simply being known as entertainment reporter Richard's son. 

'I'm so close with my dad, but it's also stepping out from his shadow,' he told Stellar magazine.

'I think people look at me and are like, "Oh, there actually is a place for him as an individual" It's not just being someone's son.'

In September, Australia's 'ultimate nepo babies' were revealed as the country's most privileged offspring were named.

Christian was one of those young and upcoming stars who many claim got where they are because of their famous parents.

The fashionista made a name for himself walking red carpets with his father and briefly tried his hand at acting in the series Eden.

Considered one of Australia's fastest growing influencers, Christian landed a desk job at Channel Nine straight out of school.

He now has over 45,900 followers on Instagram and brand deals with Golden Gaytime, Vida Glow, Mecca and Sunglass Hut.
